No Bleeding
No bleeding after pouring, then no treatment for change of volume is required.

High Strength
Pre U-LOX assures higher compressive strength even in early curing period, and also realizes high bonding strength. (Expect more increase of strength under a restrained condition.)

No Shrinkage
Due to free calcium oxide of the main expansive
component of Pre U-LOX, it compensates the
shrinkage which occurs in both the plastic and
hardening stages.

Heat and seawater resisting quality
Water hardening products constituted of CaO-based expansive material are stable and shows and seawater resisting characteristics to be applied to grouting for the structures subject to high temperature atmosphere or those alongside seaside.

Non-Rusting
Pre U-LOX contains no ferrous metals or rust-promoting agents to be free from rusting. Furthermore hardened Pre U-LOX grout shows the same color as ordinary concrete because of its calcium based components and requires no finish mortar treatment.

Economical
Pre U-LOX being a premixed product requires no sand and cement procurement nor site and labor arrangement for mixing to be most economical. Minimum mixture volume is applicable from using a handy mixer when required least.

1. Use a handy mixer for consistent mixing.
2. For mixing, use drinking water or similar quality water free from impurity. Depending upon temperature of water or ambient temperature, suitable volume of water may change. A water volume to obtain a consistency of flow out time from J14 of 8±2 sec. (approx. flow value of 250mm) is normally 4.5 liters for one bag of Pre U-LOX.
3. Mixed volume of one bag of Pre U-LOX is about 13 liters or 1 cubic meter of Pre U-LOX grout can be prepared by 75 bags or 1,875 kg of Pre U-LOX.
